As the Youth Pastor, Ross oversees the youth ministry (6th – 12th Grade). He develops youth leaders and establishes meaningful, Christ-filled relationships with the youth of the church. Ross grew up in the church and has been serving in leadership since 2014. Ross, his wife Laissa, and their beautiful baby daughter Zoey live in Southbury.
